Date and place of birth:   9. December 1960, Nové Zámky, Slovakia

Education: 1980 - 1985 - The Comenius University of Bratislava - Mathematical Analysis - Magister of Sciences.

Employment: Since the fall of 1986, I have been on Mathematical Institute of the Slovak Academy of Science, Bratislava, Slovakia. I graduated my PhD-study in the spring of 1993 under the supervision of professor Milan Medved' with the title of my thesis: ``Qualitative properties of diffeomorphisms'' - in Slovak. Since 1995, I have been on the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Numerical Mathematics, Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia. My present position at the department is a full professor since 2003.
